If our expert engineer can fix your initial fault, we’ll get you back up and running as quick as possible. Plus, the repair package gives you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that if your appliance or boiler breaks down again, we’ll be there to help at no extra cost for approved repairs for the duration of the plan.
We are here to keep your home running smoothly.

After the initial fault is repaired, if your appliance breaks down again and we deem it to be beyond economic repair, we may replace it with a brand new one (delivery and installation and remaining monthly payments may apply).

If your boiler breaks down again and we deem it to be beyond economic repair, we may decide to give you a contribution towards a new boiler to help get your home back up and running again (remaining monthly payments may apply).

Note:

There’s the option to pay monthly by Direct Debit (plus your plan will automatically renew at the end of the initial plan period, ensuring no break in protection), in addition to the option of making payment in advance.
